FAQ's
Do I need to be fit before I join?
Not at all! Our sessions are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. We’ll make sure you’re working at the right pace for you.
What if I haven’t exercised in a long time?
That’s completely fine—many of our members start from scratch. Our coaches will guide you through each movement and help you build confidence step by step.
What happens in a typical session?
Every class includes a warm-up, a mix of strength and conditioning training, and a cool-down. You’ll get expert coaching, support with your form, and the motivation of training alongside others.
How big are the groups?
Our groups are large enough to have energy and buzz, but small enough that coaches can keep an eye on everyone. You’ll always get the guidance you need.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just water, comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and a positive attitude. We provide all the equipment and everything else you’ll need.
What if I miss a session?
We know life gets busy, especially with kids! If you miss a class, just jump back in at the next one—you won’t fall behind.
Are the sessions suitable for parents with busy schedules?
Yes! We’ve designed our timetable and training style to fit around family life, so you get maximum results without spending hours in the gym.
Do you run social events too?
Yes—on the first Sunday of every month we host a family-friendly event. It’s a great way to connect with other members outside of training.
How is this different from a regular gym class?
Our sessions are coach-led and structured like personal training. You’ll get accountability, expert support, and progress tracking—all in a fun, motivating group setting.
Is it expensive?
Not at all. Large group coaching gives you the benefits of personal coaching at a fraction of the cost of 1-to-1 training.
